Frigid Winter weather plus washing my hair with hot water has resulted in dull, dry hair. This shampoo intends to replenish lost moisture and shine without weighing down your hair. It has an extremely lightweight, almost transparent formula. You really only need a little bit of product.
Coconut oil and Macadamia nut oil extracts are packed with moisture and I instantly felt the difference on my scalp. It has a strong scent, inspired by the tropics, so I would definitely recommend not using it with another product with a heavy fragrance. You should follow up with the Coconut & Macadamia Nourishing Conditioner, to detangle any of the knots that may have formed while bringing the shampoo to a lather. LaCoupe COCONUT & MACADAMIA NOURISHING CONDITIONER
LaCoupe’s Conditioner has to be my favourite! This is the fastest working conditioner I have ever used. It moisturizes and detangles hair, instantly, which is perfect for my long hair.
It contains Vitamin E, alongside LaCoupe’s core ingredients. You don’t need to leave it on for 3-4 minutes like most conditioners say to do, to reap the benefits of the product. Leave it on for a minute or less and it will still leave your hair soft and tangle free. I definitely recommend giving this conditioner a try! The conditioner retails for $9.99 for 300 mL of product.
LaCoupe COCONUT & MACADAMIA INTENSIVE REPAIR TREATMENT
The Intensive Repair Treatment, is a deep conditioning hair mask. It contains soybean extract alongside coconut and macadamia nut oil. The hair mask is a semi-thick cream consistency, which has the same scent as all the products in the Coconut & Macadamia Oil line. It is meant to nourish dry, coarse hair without weighing down the hair.
Another ingredient, panthenol works to strengthen and repair hair that has been damaged by heat and other uncontrollable stressors. I apply this hair mask, once weekly and leave it on for 3 minutes and wash off. The Intensive Repair Treatment retails for $9.99 for 150 g.
LaCoupe COCONUT & MACADAMIA LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER
The Leave-In Conditioner is described as a weightless hair moisturizer, that is infused with moringa protein and ginseng. Which work as a UV protector and adds body to thinning hair caused by aging. The Leave-In Conditioner comes packaged in a spray bottle form.
I have found it works exceptionally well when sprayed before styling your hair, adding lots of shine! It also makes combing my long hair so much easier. The Leave-In Conditioner retails for $9.99 for 200 mL of product.
I have definitely noticed a drastic change in the texture of my hair, as well as the added shine that my hair never had. The price points of all the products are extremely affordable. Since there is an immense amount of moisture packed into the formula, you only require a little bit of product for each wash. You would think that products who’s core ingredients are oils, would be heavy on the hair. But the Coconut & Macadamia collection is lightweight and allows me to comfortably wash my hair every 3-4 days without having oily hair. Definitely worth trying out!!
