If you have sensitive skin like me, gentle yet effective products are sometimes hard to find. Having loved the Nuxe Cleansing Gel with Rose Petals, I recently tried out the Nuxe Face Cleansing and Make-up Removing Gel Rêve de Miel and Rêve de Miel Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm. I have extremely dry skin even during the Summer and I’ll take any bit of moisture I can get. Even if it’s from my face cleanser.
The Nuxe Rêve de Miel Face Cleansing and Make-up Removing Gel is a gentle facial cleanser, intended for daily use and for all skin types. Honey is at the core of its formula and known for its anti-inflammatory properties, it keeps blemishes suppressed. It comes packaged in 200 ml pump. The Face Cleansing and Make-up Removing Gel has a mild sweet-honey scent.
To apply, simply massage the gel onto damp skin. This will remove all of the makeup and other impurities from your skin. I use this facial cleanser both during the morning and at night.
In regards to how well it works as a makeup remover, well that depends on if you have on a full face of waterproof makeup. If you use the Nuxe Rêve de Miel Face Cleansing Gel with an exfoliating brush, it really helps take off alot more product. Used alone, I still find remnants of makeup but the gel really helps to melt off the makeup. I mainly like it for the fresh feeling it gives my face. Zero irritations and a blessing for my dry skin. Even for those with oily skin, it some how controls the oil.
Nuxe Rêve de Miel Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm comes in a generous sized pot. The balm nourishes lips, while leaving behind supple lips with a matte finish. It has a chocolate orange scent which you’ll either love or hate.With ingredients like honey, plant oils, shea butter and grapefruit it’s bound to fix the driest of lips. The consistency is fairly thick so I only work in a very small amount on to my lips.
How long does it keep your lips moisturized? Probably longer than you’re awake. The Ultra Nourishing Lip Balm is a definite must have!
